B2B process-area diagnosis
PLN 2,900 net
We compare up to three related processes, select the one with the strongest potential, and within five business days clarify what to streamline, buy, integrate, or build before you fund implementation.
For workflows trapped in spreadsheets, email, and disconnected systems.
What the diagnosis covers
One coherent business area: a quick comparison of up to three related processes and a deeper look at the highest-potential one.
- up to four main systems or data sources
- up to three process roles
- 90-minute workshop
- 45-minute findings review

Choose the area that best describes your situation. We will clarify the details together.
Is diagnosis the right next step?
- If the problem and scope are clear, we do not sell a diagnosis; after a free call we move directly to a proposal, pilot, or implementation.
- The area has an owner, but work is fragmented across people and tools.
- Several related processes must be compared before choosing one to improve.
- The team is considering automation or a new tool but lacks a safe first scope.
- Business and technical teams need one shared decision basis.
What you receive
- comparison of up to three related processes and the reason for selecting one
- a simplified current-state map
- bottlenecks, exceptions, dependencies, and risks
- the owner, source of truth, and required data
- a streamline, buy, integrate, or build comparison
- a recommended first scope and indicative next-step range
- a written decision pack and review session
What is not included
- a full company or department audit
- code analysis, detailed mock-ups, or a full implementation specification
- automation implementation
- guaranteed ROI, savings, or delivery date
When we will not sell the diagnosis
We first check whether the fixed scope is genuinely sufficient. We will decline when:
- there is no process owner or access to someone who knows the real workflow
- the processes have no stable objective and change every week
- guaranteed ROI or a full specification is expected at starter scope
- the area cannot be limited to three processes, four systems, and three roles without a separate audit
How we work
1. Free call — 30 minutes
We discuss the concrete problem and decide whether diagnosis is needed.
2. Preparation
We collect context, the process list, and main data sources.
3. Workshop — 90 minutes
We compare the processes, select one, and examine its real flow.
4. Written pack
Within five business days we deliver the map, decisions, risks, and first scope.
5. Review — 45 minutes
We walk through the findings and answer questions.
Price and next step
- The fixed diagnosis price is PLN 2,900 net.
- PLN 1,450 net, or 50%, is credited toward a PP Solutions implementation worth at least PLN 20,000 net started within 30 days.
- The document remains useful regardless of who carries out later work.
Case study: a sales layer added without disrupting a working service
Before
An existing content service needed a sales layer without losing its working publishing foundation.
Delivered scope
- PP Solutions prepared the store layer and product, cart, and checkout journeys.
- Repeatable content migrations and desktop/mobile checks covered critical paths.
- Deployment, backup, and recovery procedures were prepared.
- The content layer stayed intact while sales launch remained a separate organizational and legal decision.
FAQ
Who owns the diagnosis output?
You receive a written pack and may use it with another implementation partner.
Does diagnosis guarantee ROI?
No. It does not guarantee ROI, savings, or implementation outcomes; it structures the decision and risks.
Do I pay through the form?
No online payment is collected. Scope confirmation and billing happen manually after the call.
How is the call booked?
Email enables immediate calendar selection. A phone number alone is also valid; we then arrange the call manually.
